Yesterday

Breakfast:
1 Banana
1 slice Amish Friendship Bread

AM Snack:
1 cup snack mix (cashews, almonds, raisins, peanut butter pretzels)
1 bag Goldfish

Lunch:
Grilled Chicken with Avocado on Focaccia
Sweet Potato Chips

Dinner:
Turkey pattie
Green Beans
Baked Potato with Cheese

Exercise:
Walked 32 Blocks
